Universe Part-1

Hi, Welcome on board to journey to a different world, a world which I watch with my perspective and one which you may or may not agree with me.Space is the boundless three-dimensional extent in which objects and events have relative position and direction. The concept of space is considered to be of basic importance to an understanding of the physical universe.

When the word Universe comes to discussion we often think of some stars, planetory objects like comets, moons, black holes, Wormholes and many objects which still remains undiscovered.

As you might know or may have read somewhere, the universe is expanding and celestial bodies are travelling far from each other by some unknown force which we will discuss in future.

First let's talk about things which were discovered/studied by scientists, researchers and scholars. The expansion of the Universe was inferred from early twentieth century astronomical observations and is an essential ingredient of the Big Bang theory. Mathematically, general relativity describes space-time by a metric, which determines the distances that separate nearby points. The Big Bang is not an explosion of matter moving outward to fill an empty universe. Instead, space itself expands with time everywhere and increases the physical distances between comoving points. In other words, the Big Bang is not an explosion in space, but rather an expansion of space.

Though I find something interesting to read which I was satisfied on reading and actually resemble to my idea. Since the universe has a finite age, and light travels at a finite speed, there may be events in the past whose light has not yet had time to reach us. This places a limit or a past horizon on the most distant objects that can be observed. Conversely, because space is expanding, and more distant objects are receding ever more quickly, light emitted by us today may never "catch up" to very distant objects. This defines a future horizon, which limits the events in the future that we will be able to influence.
